Import Auto Pros is a veteran-owned auto repair shop on West Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas, serving drivers since 1996. We're owner-run, we work on domestic and import cars and trucks, and we've built our reputation one honest answer at a time.

Our story
I grew up in the industry. In high school I worked at an auto repair shop in Tennessee, and after that I spent four years in the United States Marine Corps. I moved to Las Vegas in 1987.
After working in a few repair shops here and experiencing from the inside how things were done, I knew the only way to make things better was to open my own business. In July 1996, Import Auto Pros was official.
We service all types of cars, trucks and light-duty diesels. We treat every repair as if our own family were in the car: keeping cars safe and reliable, using only the best quality parts and spending the time to make sure repairs are done correctly.

Import Auto Pros is a veteran-owned business. Mark served four years in the United States Marine Corps, and the discipline, attention to detail and sense of responsibility that come with service show up every day in how we run the shop.

What we believe
- Honesty first. We'll tell you what needs attention now, what can wait and what doesn't need doing at all.
- Explain it plainly. You should understand your car, not just the bill.
- A clean shop is a careful shop. How we keep our shop tells you how we'll treat your vehicle.
- Your yes comes first. No work starts until you approve it.

“I had asked around my network for recommendation on a honest mechanic that can check and let me know if my car was ready to go cross-country along with a regular service check. I was told to call them up. I did and got an appointment 3 days later. I am super nervous as I'm mid-30year old woman with two kids who know nothing about cars but didn't want to be taken advantage of. The place is first of all very female-friendly as in, I didn't feel uncomfortable there with my children. It was clean and bright! They were ready 9am sharp. Shelby was so kind and made sure my questions and concerns was conveyed to the mechanic. Everything was checked - car was even on the lift. I got a print out with details and that it was all well except one minor thing which they gave me information on to get it fixed. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes and I now feel confident about bringing the car cross country. Thank you!”
